Call for Poster terms and conditions

By submitting an abstract, authors must agree to the following terms and conditions;

• I declare that the abstract(s) submitted are the original works of at least one author/presenter.
• If the abstract is accepted, I confirm that at least one abstract author will register to attending the ASM and be available to present the poster.
• No funding is provided to presenters. Any presenter not registered for the ASM by the deadline specified in the acceptance email will have their abstract removed from the program.
• I am aware that if my poster is selected, I provide consent, and will procure consent from my employer, for my employer’s logo and photos taken during the ASM to be used and published by RANZCO NSW BRANCH and RANZCO.
• If Third Party Material is used in the abstract, I promise it does not and will not breach any existing Intellectual Property or a third party’s Intellectual Property or Moral Rights.
