This year, RANZCO NSW have partnered with Greater Sydney Landcare. Greater Sydney Landcare’s objective is to build capacity for sustainable natural resource management and increase opportunities for co-ordinated on-ground activities that achieve
strategic priorities in Greater Sydney.
To help Donate a tree (or ten!) via the ASM registration form and help restore healthy, sustainable and indigenous ecosystems to the New South Wales landscape. You can also donate by visiting the Registration Desk.
Greater Sydney Landcare is a not-for-profit charity with a vision for resilient landscapes and connected communities in Greater Sydney. We manage projects that empower volunteers to plant native trees, conserve koalas & their habitats, care for their local waterways, restore degraded environments and more. We also work with and support other community groups and organisations who care for nature in our region to maximise our combined impact.
How you can contribute:
- $60 can 10 native trees to help reduce urban heat and create habitat for wildlife
- $150 can help fund a wildlife camera to monitor Koalas in south-west Sydney and inform conservation strategies
- $1,000 can help fund a Streamwatch water quality monitoring kit for a community group to test the health of their local waterways
