We look forward to welcoming you to the RANZCO NSW BRANCH ASM on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 April 2024 in Newcastle. 

So you can make the most of your experience, see below for some pre-arrival information. 

App

The ASM app is now available. 

To download the RANZCO NSW ASM Branch app, search your app store for ‘Think Business Events’ or click the links below:

Once the app has been downloaded enter the code RANZCONSW24.

To log in, please use your email address and enter the password ranzconsw#2024. Once you have logged in, you’ll be prompted to create a new personal password and set your privacy and messaging settings.

Go to ‘My event’ to update your profile in Account Settings.

CPD and Certificate of Attendance

CPD

RANZCO NSW BRANCH ASM automatically qualifies for 5 hours per day in the Education category of CPD.

Certificate of Attendance

Your certificate will be available after the ASM has concluded.
Further details will be emailed to you to download the certificate.

Dietary Requirements

All special dietary requirements will be catered for during the conference on a separate dietary table.
For the ASM dinner you will need to advise the venue staff when you arrive of your requirements.

 

Health and safety

Health and safety is paramount at RANZCO NSW BRANCH ASM and the well-being of our attendees is our priority.

In an emergency, call 000 immediately.

We strongly recommend all delegates carefully check the details of any insurance coverage you may hold, as well as the specific terms and conditions of your travel and accommodation bookings and obtain flexible booking policies where possible.

Delegates are required to comply with all relevant public health measures in place when attending the ASM.

There is no requirement for you to wear a mask, however if you feel more comfortable doing so then please wear one. Masks will be available at the registration desk.

Please ensure you arrive for a prompt 8.30am start.

Registration desk

The Registration Desk is located on Level 1 and will be open during the following times:

Saturday 13 April 2024: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Sunday 14 April 2024: 8:00am – 1:30pm

On arrival, you will be able to print your name badge during the times listed above, using your QR code emailed to you. TBE staff will be on hand during the opening hours to answer your questions and provide information about the ASM.

You are required to wear your name badge every day you are attending to access the sessions and exhibition.

Help us manage food waste
If you have RSVPd for the Poster and Cocktail Function and you can no longer attend, please email nswranzco@thinkbusinessevents.com.au, or visit the Registration Desk to let us know, so we can avoid excessive food waste and adjust quantities based on actual numbers.
